My son played play ball seriously from 18 months of age til he was 25. His hero was Nolan Ryan and we used to have numerous family laughs when he would jokingly make dinner reservations under Ryan’s name and restaurants would think the real guy was coming and we’d always get a nice table. When the son showed up instead everyone would enjoy a hearty laugh. He is now a successful businessman with an office full of baseball memorabilia and this photo is going to the place of honor. I was pleased to support the foundation while getting a special gift.
